LKV Series filters are designed for low vacuum services ranging from 760 Torr (atmospheric pressure) down to 1.0 Torr. HKV Series housings are designed and constructed for high vacuum applications operating in a range from 760 Torr down to 0.001 Torr. All sealing surfaces are machined to assure leak tightness under high vacuum service conditions.
