Cross Flow Membranes

Cross-flow membranes optimize the filtration process by allowing particulates to travel tangentially across the membrane surface, preventing clogging and extending the life of the filter. Graver Technologies' Scepter Membrane products are designed to excel in extreme process conditions where traditional filter media may fail.
Featuring a patented stainless steel coating, Scepter Membranes offer superior durability and reliable performance under harsh conditions. Key applications include:
- High Temperature: Designed to operate effectively in elevated temperature environments.
- Aggressive Chemistries: Engineered to resist degradation in harsh chemical environments.
- High Viscosity: Optimized to handle fluids with higher viscosity without loss of efficiency.
- High Solids Loading: Ideal for processes involving heavy solids content, reducing clogging and maintaining high throughput.
