President

Bill joined Graver Technologies in 2006. Prior positions include multisite Plant Manager for Pall Corporation and Production Manager for both U.S. Filter Corporation and Memtec America Corporation. Bill received a B.S. in business management from Towson University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College.

Stephanie O’Brien
Vice President of Finance

Stephanie joined Graver Technologies in 2016.  Prior positions include Assistant Controller for Graver Technologies, as well as Director of Finance & Administration for Waterlogic USA. Stephanie earned a B.A. in Accounting from University of Delaware.


Kartik Potukuchi
Vice President and General Manager Filtration & Separation

Kartik joined Graver Technologies LLC in 2013. Prior to joining Graver Technologies LLC, Kartik worked for Freudenberg Filtration Technologies in various progressive roles with the most recent being Development Team Leader for North American region. Kartik holds a M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Bombay (Mumbai, India).

Bill Wallace
Vice President and General Manager - Adsorbents

Bill joined Graver Technologies in 2019. He has spent over 30 years in the specialty chemicals market with a proven track record of leading global businesses.   Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Bill worked for Azelis Americas as a Vice President of Principal Development.  Prior to that Bill spent several years with Chemtura (acquired by Lanxess) and was the Executive Vice President for the Additives Business in the Americas.  Bill holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, ME along with an MBA with a focus on International Business from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.

James Knoll
Vice President - Adsorbents

James joined Graver Technologies in 2008. He has spent over 20 years in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of specialty inorganic chemicals, and for the past 10 years he has focused on the development and application of specialty adsorbents of titania and carbon for trace contaminant removal in challenging drinking water and industrial applications. Prior positions included commercial management and new business development for Graver’s Adsorbent business segment and with MEI Chemicals, Inc. Jim earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Montclair State University and an M.B.A. for New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

Anand Harohalli
Vice President and General Manager, Ion Exchange/Utilities

Anand joined Graver Technologies in 2010. Prior positions include Utility & India Business Development Manager, U.S. National Sales Manager – Utilities, and India Business Development Manager for Graver Technologies, as well as Sales & Product Management positions with Thermax Group in both the U.S. and India. Anand possesses significant global experience in the Water Treatment and Specialty Chemicals Industry. Anand earned a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from India.

Erbao Zhang
China Country Manager

Erbao joined Graver Technologies in 2008. Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Erbao worked for Pall Corporation and as a Segment Manager in China. He has significant experience in Filtration, Ion exchange, and Adsorbents product markets. Erbao holds a Bachelor of Polymer Chemistry from Fudan University (Shanghai, China).

Alaina Williams-Cotto
Human Resources Manager

Alaina joined Graver Technologies in 2014. She has worked in Human Resources for over 10 years, specializing in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Development and Compensation. Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Alaina worked for CTSIT (Innova Solutions) as Human Resources Director. Alaina is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management ahead of a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.

Rick Williams
VP of Manufacturing

Rick Williams, Vice President Operations, Honeoye Falls, NY facility, joined Graver Technologies in 2019. Over the last 25 years Rick has progressed through various plant operation leadership roles mainly in the process flow industry and has also worked in sales and marketing functions. Rick earned his B.S. in Marketing from Oswego State University of New York.
