Management Team

Anand joined Graver Technologies in 2010. Prior positions include Utility & India Business Development Manager, U.S. National Sales Manager – Utilities, and India Business Development Manager for Graver Technologies, as well as Sales & Product Management positions with Thermax Group in both the U.S. and India. Anand possesses significant global experience in the Water Treatment and Specialty Chemicals Industry. Anand earned a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from India.

Jaqueline has over 25years of experience in corporate and technical leadership positions across multiple industries, including refinery, petrochemical, chemical, mining & mineral processing, energy and food and beverage. She has extensive experience in water treatment for steam generation, cooling system and pretreatment solutions, and has held senior roles multiple companies where she led corporate sales-operations and global industry development for the base metals industry. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor ofScience in Metallurgical Engineering, M.Sc. Material Science and an MBA. Additionally,she completed two Executive Programs in (1) Corporate Governance and (2) CorporateDevelopment Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions at Wharton School of Business.

Andy joined Graver Technologies in 2025. He brings nearly 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience with deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Andy oversees finance and IT functions, providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting sustainable long‑term growth. His academic background includes a Doctor of Business Administration and advanced graduate studies in accounting, IT, and project management, reinforcing his commitment to data‑driven decision‑making and high‑performance team leadership.

Kartik joined Graver Technologies LLC in 2013. Prior to joining Graver Technologies LLC, Kartik worked for Freudenberg Filtration Technologies in various progressive roles with the most recent being Development Team Leader for North American region. Kartik holds a M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Bombay (Mumbai, India).

Bill joined Graver Technologies in 2019. He has spent over 30 years in the specialty chemicals market with a proven track record of leading global businesses.   Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Bill worked for Azelis Americas as a Vice President of Principal Development.  Prior to that Bill spent several years with Chemtura (acquired by Lanxess) and was the Executive Vice President for the Additives Business in the Americas.  Bill holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono, ME along with an MBA with a focus on International Business from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.

Lukasz joined Graver Technologies in 2022. Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Lukasz worked for Cummins Inc. and progressed through various leadership roles. He was responsible for sales, aftermarket and operations in Western and Central Europe. Lukasz has vast experience in business management and development. Lukasz hold Master’s degree in international relations and Executive MBA degree from University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland. He also completed postgraduate studies in finance, controlling, logistic and six sigma process improvements.

Tom joined Graver Technologies in 2016. He has spent more than 25 years in the filtration industry.  Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Tom worked for Pall Corporation for 20 years in various roles in both Operations and Supply Chain, with the most recent being Strategic Sourcing Manager responsible for the supply chain for multiple facilities in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Tom holds both C.P.M. and CPSM certifications through the Institute for Supply Management.

Erbao joined Graver Technologies in 2008. Prior to joining Graver Technologies, Erbao worked for Pall Corporation and as a Segment Manager in China. He has significant experience in Filtration, Ion exchange, and Adsorbents product markets. Erbao holds a Bachelor of Polymer Chemistry from Fudan University (Shanghai, China).

Kristen joined Graver in2023. Prior to joining Graver, Kristen held roles of increasing responsibilityin Human Resources up to Regional Director. Her prior experience is in themanufacturing and car rental industries. Kristen earned a B.A. in Psychologyfrom Elizabethtown College.

Devika joined Graver Technologies in 2026 after 13 years of experience across marketing, strategy, product management, sales, and operations with DuPont. Her role as Graver's Director of Marketing is to help position the company for long-term market growth through market penetration strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning. Devika received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and B.S. in International Studies from Penn State University and her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
