Specifically designed to prevent corrosion product deposition, stabilize cycle chemistry, and optimize the start-up, restart, and operation of natural gas combined cycle (NGCC) units, these technologies and systems for condensate filtration and/or ion exchange polishing include Large Diameter High Flow Turbo Guard® Disposable Filtration Systems, AFA® Backwashable Filters, skid-mounted Powex® Precoat Demineralizers, and Deep Bed Ion Exchange Polishing Systems.

All these products for the NGCC market have been developed to address specific operating modes, various types of condensers including air cooled designs, and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) including one through steam generators (OTSG) to mitigate the effects of corrosion product transport and cycle chemistry variances in efficient operation of heat recovery systems.
