Graver Technologies Acquires Don Anthony Designs, Inc.

Graver Technologies of Glasgow Delaware has completed the purchase of Don Anthony Designs located in Houston, Texas.

" Don Anthony Designs brings an extensive array of dust collector and other industrial filter cartridge capabilities that enhance our existing filter product line" stated Leonard Orsini, VP Sales & Marketing for Graver’s Industrial Filtration business unit. "Don Anthony also brings a number of OEM products and customers that have already folded in seamlessly with our existing OEM business. The OEMs are very excited about the additional capabilities Graver has to offer them", continued Orsini.

Graver Technologies has relocated the production equipment, engineering and sales functions to its ISO 9001 Registered facility in Honeoye Falls, NY. Graver Technologies designs and manufactures Consler® brand and Filtration Engineering® brand filters as well as numerous custom and OEM filtration products at this location.

Graver Technologies brings broader manufacturing capabilities to the base of Don Anthony customers including the ability to design and fabricate filter housings for code and non-code applications. Graver is installing a new rotary pleater to handle the increased demand for dust collector cartridges from their customers.
